Follow Me is a web delivery service for handling last-mile handoffs. It complements the Trakkem product range; it does not replace a shipment sensor or a GPS tracker.
The documented courier flow opens from the door QR in a browser, without a new account or a native app. The parcel tracking ID is used before the delivery instructions are shown.
Choose a saved or current location for the active delivery. A linked Telegram account supports requests for live location. Follow Me is based on a delivery authorization with an expiry, rather than continuous parcel tracking.
The recipient dashboard shows active QR authorizations and their expiry. You can download the door sticker, access the final QR, resend the delegate email, and revoke a Follow Me authorization.
